At WDS, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products. As our items are produced on demand, we have specific guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us for resolution.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or personalized products designed specifically for you.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or replacement:
- Contact us at info@spacedog.digital within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
4. Warranty for Defective Products
If a product is faulty (e.g., manufacturing defects or does not match the description), you have the right to:
- Request a repair or replacement.
- Request a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.

5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If a replacement is issued, we will cover the shipping costs for the new product.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Shipping Costs
- We cover shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- If a return or replacement is approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
