3.2. Sending Newsletters: If the Customer gives explicit consent, the Service Provider will send newsletters to the provided email address. The legal basis for data processing is consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
3.3. Handling Complaints: The Service Provider processes the data provided by the Customer during complaint handling to investigate and address the complaint. The legal basis for data processing is compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

7.3. Right to Erasure: The Customer may request the deletion of their personal data if there is no further legal basis for its processing.
7.4. Right to Restrict Processing: The Customer may request the restriction of data processing if the accuracy of the data is contested or if the processing is unlawful.
7.5. Right to Data Portability: The Customer may request the Service Provider to provide the personal data in a machine-readable format or to transmit it to another data controller.
7.6. Right to Withdraw Consent: The Customer has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.

9. Data Transfers

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Privacy Policy, and will appropriately notify Customers of any changes. The modifications will take effect upon publication.
