Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) govern the relationship between SpaceDog Digital Kft. (hereinafter: Service Provider) and customers (hereinafter: Customer) concerning purchases made through the online store operated by the Service Provider. By placing any order through the online store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these T&C.

3. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the rights and obligations related to the products available for purchase (hats and other accessories) in the online store operated by the Service Provider. The characteristics, features, and prices of the products can be viewed on the product pages within the online store.
4. Ordering Process
4.1. The Customer may place an order in the online store either by registering or without registration.
4.2. During the ordering process, the Customer must provide the necessary personal and shipping information and choose a payment method.
4.3. Before submitting the order, the Customer can review the provided information and the contents of the shopping cart. By clicking the "Order" button, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected product(s).
4.4. The Service Provider sends an automatic confirmation email to the Customer after the order is received, containing the details of the order.
5. Conclusion of the Contract
5.1. The contract is established upon the Service Provider's confirmation of the order.
5.2. The contract is concluded in Hungarian and is electronically stored by the Service Provider.
6. Shipping and Payment Terms
6.1. The Service Provider delivers the ordered products to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.
6.2. The shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process, and the Customer will be informed of these before finalizing the order.
6.3. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
Credit card payment
Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
7.2. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product to the Service Provider at their own expense, and the Service Provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. The Service Provider undertakes warranty and liability obligations for the products in accordance with applicable Hungarian laws.
8.2. The Customer must report any warranty claims to the Service Provider immediately after discovering the defect in the product.
9. Complaint Handling
9.1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding the products or services via the following contact details:

9.2. The Service Provider will inform the Customer of the outcome of the complaint investigation in writing within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
10. Data Processing
10.1. The Service Provider handles the personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable laws.
10.2. Details of data processing are provided in the Service Provider's Privacy Policy, which is available on the online store's website.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1. Matters not regulated in these T&C are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013).
11.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&C. The modifications will be published on the online store and will apply to orders placed after the publication.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. These T&C are valid and effective from August 10, 2024.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any contracts concluded under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, Hungarian law shall apply, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
